Connection
The user connects to their account via a web browser (IE 7 and more, Firefox 2 and more, Chrome 5 and more), using their personal login details to gain access through our secure server.
Indicator selection
First of all, the user must select the performance indicators they would like to follow on their
dashboards . There are several options to choose from:
- The user selects the relevant indicators from Bittle’s indicator library and enters their raw data. bittle will then automatically map links between the raw data and the indicators.
- The user sends a raw data file to bittle. This file is analysed and the relevant indicators from the library which can process the data are highlighted and suggested to the user.
- Bittle also enables you to create custom indicators, with the user choosing the necessary data and corresponding calculation rules.
Loading data:
Loading data to feed the selected performance indicators can be done in several ways:
- DataAnalyser: automatic or manual processing of your CSV, Excel or XML files from any source application.
- DataMailAnalyser: send your data by email if the source application has this functionality. The content will then be analysed automatically by our module.
- WebAnalyser: communication with third party applications via SOAP technologies (Web Services).
Dashboards, reports and data sharing
Bittle enables data to be viewed on
dashboards, via
customisable performance indicators. These indicators can then be analysed as a whole or in detail, over a set time period defined by the user.
The resulting
dashboards can then be shared, sent by email or exported and integrated into a related presentation.
